Alongside their core restoration business, Heritage Classics of Teesside offers a specialized powder coating service. Initially, they relied on a large gas oven to cure coated components, but they quickly ran into a major challenge.

Because the entire oven had to be heated regardless of the part's size, firing it up for smaller components became increasingly difficult to justify financially. That is when they reached out to us.

Here at Vixen, we can provide, smaller electric ovens that are not only significantly cheaper to run, but also mobile. Now, Heritage Classics of Teesside are able to efficiently process smaller batches of components while saving valuable time, money, and space. And thanks to the moveability of our ovens, installation was no problem, so they were up and running in no time.
