Vixen Electric Curing Ovens

An electric batch oven designed for curing powder coatings and drying processes. The unit utilizes convection and thermal radiation. Evenly distributed hot air ensures efficient and uniform curing of coatings within a short time.

Fitted with coloured HMI screen and a PLC they are able to achieve high levels of thermal process control, stability and temperature uniformity.

Vixen Electric powered curing/drying Ovens are general purpose with a standard temperature setting of 220°C, higher temperature ovens of up to 600°C available upon request.

We are also able to offer modular design drying and curing ovens.

Vixen Oil Fired Oven

An oil-fired batch oven designed for curing powder coatings and drying processes. The unit uses a hot air circulation system heated by an oil burner, ensuring efficient and uniform curing of coatings.

Fitted with coloured HMI screen and a PLC they are able to achieve high levels of thermal process control, stability and temperature uniformity.

We are also able to offer modular design drying and curing ovens.

Powder Coating Booths

A powder coating booth designed for electrostatic application of powder coatings. It provides a clean and safe working environment and ensures uniform coating of components with complex geometries. Equipped with filtration and ventilation systems, it enables powder recovery and reduces dust emissions.

Our top-quality powder coating booths are available in a variety of sizes to suit the application in hand and are all fitted with high quality, integral filter cartridge, self-cleaning paint dust extraction.

Supplied with a coloured HMI screen and PLC control they are very efficient, simple to use and offer various program options and diagnostics.

The Vixen range of spray booths allow for painting multiple components by hand directly placed on the worktable or suspended from optional roof mounted hanging rails.

Dryback Wet Paint Spraying Walls and Booths

A dry back wet paint spray booth and wall designed for applying both solvent based and water based wet paint to a variety of products. Equipped with an efficient radial fan type exhaust system and two-stage filtration (labyrinth filters and Paint Stop G4 filter at 99% efficiency), it ensures effective air purification and safe working conditions.
