Vixen Powder Coating Curing Ovens

Our top-class curing / drying ovens are available in a variety of sizes to accommodate virtually all payloads and can be supplied with many different product loading options.

Temperature ranges available from 220°C up to 600°C
Fitted with coloured HMI screen and a PLC they are able to achieve high levels of thermal process control, stability and temperature uniformity.
Vixen Electric powered curing/drying Ovens are general purpose, electric, batch ovens with a standard temperature setting of 220°C, higher temperature ovens of up to 600°C available upon request.

They are ideally suited for a vast range of low temperature thermal processes such as drying, curing of resins, paints, composites. and other low temperature thermal processes.

Constructed from a heavy-duty steel box sectioned frame with infilled 160 and 300 mm thick insulated galvanised panels and externally clad in a hard-wearing powder coated finish.

  • Oven door framework made from corrosion and temperature resistant high quality stainless steel
  • Forced air circulation with roof mounted fan/s
  • Multi-positional hot air return vents for uniform heat distribution
  • Temperature calibration achieved by adjustable holes in side walls
  • Forced air ventilation (ventilation fan blows cool air into the oven to extract and cool via vents)
  • Double loading doors with adjustable, explosion proof, slam shut positive, door locks
  • Design tested to achieve ± 5°C over a 9-point survey
  • Controlled and automatic exhaust damper for programmed fume ventilation as you need for your process
  • Insulated floor with roll in/roll-out trolley and hanging frame. (optional)
